Scope and site operation
This policy applies to genie4.space, an independent editorial website. We do not provide Google accounts or Genie 4 access, process waitlist applications, or ask visitors for model credentials. The official waitlist is operated by Google and has its own privacy terms.
Cloudflare serves the website and may process connection and request information, including IP address, request URL, approximate location inferred from a connection, browser information and security events, to deliver and protect the service. Server logs are operational records, not a public user profile.
Local preferences and your choices
The light, dark or system theme preference is stored in browser local storage under genie4.theme.mode. A privacy choice may be stored under genie4.privacy.v1 so it can be respected on later visits. These settings remain in your browser until changed or cleared.
Optional analytics is controlled by the site’s privacy choices. You can change the saved choice using the control below. Browser privacy tools may also block analytics and advertising. Clearing browser storage removes saved preferences; it does not remove information already received by a third-party provider.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
When enabled and permitted by your privacy choice, Google Analytics 4 measures use of the website, such as page views, navigation and broad device information. Microsoft Clarity provides behavioral measurement such as interaction patterns, heatmaps and session replay. We do not intentionally send passwords, private model prompts or personal account information to either service.
These providers may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive technical connection information. Their processing is governed by their own policies. See Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement. A configured tag does not mean every visitor is measured: consent choices and browser settings can prevent collection.
Advertising and embedded content
Clearly labeled advertisement spaces may use Adsterra. If an ad tag loads, the advertising provider and its partners may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics and referring page, and may use cookies or other identifiers. Advertiser destinations are separate websites. See Adsterra’s privacy policy.
Official demonstration videos are embedded using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. Loading or playing an embed connects to Google/YouTube and can disclose technical connection information. Links to external resources also take you outside this policy. You can use browser controls to restrict third-party content.
Questions and policy changes
We do not sell a visitor mailing list or offer user accounts on this website. Provider-specific retention and controls are explained in the linked policies; we do not promise that clearing a browser preference erases provider records.
Use the privacy-choice control in the footer to change optional measurement. Provider-specific privacy requests should follow the routes in the linked provider policies. This policy may change when site features or integrations change; the review date at the top identifies the current version.
